Delivery Policy

We kindly request all customers to record a video of the unboxing process immediately upon receiving the product. This ensures that any potential damage during delivery can be documented. Until the item is unpacked, our company remains fully responsible for the product.

Delivery to other countries 

Oman: 150AED shipping fee/ box, 2-3days 

Saudi Arabia: 150AED shipping fee/ box, 3-6days

Kuwait: 150AED shipping fee/ box, 15days

Bahrarin: 150AED shipping fee/ box, 15days

Will it create Custom duty ?  

If any customs duty fee, it is on customer side
From our side, we would help to decrease goods value on Invoice
To decrease the customs duty 


How about payment?

A.Oman be 150AED shipping fee 
If you make full payment we will have minimal or no tax upon receipt.

B.Oman / Saudi/ Kuwait/Bahrarin
We accept pre-paid (Transfer to UAE bank account/ or wechat wallet/ or exchange)
If any Commission fee, also customer side

Our office is located in the free zone of the airport, we accept only wholesale customers there by appointment, entrance to this zone is only with passes.  For a pass, please contact our support service first.
